These terms apply to the Nasdaq Life website, member terminal and related services at nasdaq.life. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Nasdaq Life provides stock charts, screeners, watchlists, market information and related research tools. Nasdaq Life is an independent service. The Nasdaq exchange does not sponsor or endorse it. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information and tools.

Account access and acceptable use

Use accurate account details and keep your login and connected accounts secure. Use the service only where lawful and only for accounts you are authorized to access. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or redistribute market data without the required permission. We may suspend access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements.

Market information and trading risk

Prices, quotes, news, alerts and signals may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. They are for information and research and do not constitute personalized investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell a security. Trading can result in losses, including the loss of the amount invested. Demo results do not predict real trading outcomes.

Alpaca account connection

When the integration is available, you can authorize Nasdaq Life to connect to your existing Alpaca account and transmit a manual order you confirm. Alpaca provides the brokerage account and handles order execution, custody and settlement under its own terms. Nasdaq Life does not hold your brokerage funds or securities. Paper orders are simulated. Live orders, when enabled, use real money.

Confirm the account, order side, quantity and limit price before submitting. An order confirmation on Nasdaq Life does not establish that Alpaca accepted or filled the order. A cancellation request may arrive after a fill. If an order result is unclear, check the Alpaca account before sending a replacement. Disconnecting Nasdaq Life does not cancel orders already sent to Alpaca.

Service availability

Features and availability may change. The service relies on market data and other third-party systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nasdaq Life does not guarantee continuous service, data accuracy, order execution or investment results. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law protects.
